Where are you located?

We are located in North Port, Florida, United States. We are 1-mile West of I75. We are 1.5 hours south of Tampa International Airport (TPA), 30 mins South of Sarasota Airport (SRQ) & 45 mins North of Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW).

Do you rent drills?

We do not rent drills or any related support equipment.

Can I get a machine that isn’t listed on your site?

We have the largest inventory of used HDD rigs and support equipment in the world. We work hard to keep our website up to date. If you are in need of a specific drill, please give one of our HDD specialists a call and if we don’t already have it we can often find a machine to fit your needs.

Do you offer support after the purchase?

Our knowledgeable sales staff is able to walk customers through the majority of problems, however there are times when we will involve one of our technicians to help diagnose problems over the phone. We will work hard to keep you up and running. Check out our customer testimonials.

Can I build my own package? Can packages be customized?

Packages can be customized to fit all budgets. We always have in stock a variety of new and used trailers, mud mixing systems, locators and tooling. We carry all major brands including: Ditch Witch®, Vermeer®, Subsite®, Digitrak®, Felling® Trailers, Radius® HDD Tools and Hunting® Drill Pipe.

This is the first drill I’ve ever purchased; do you offer a training program?

We have a dedicated training space at our location in Florida. We can offer classroom time in our training room and extended operating, maintenance, and basic locating training at our outdoor test facility. This is available for an individual or for your whole crew.

What does the drill come with?

Each drill will be advertised specifically on our website with what is included. If the drill is in a package, each piece of the package will be clearly identified. Rig and Support Equipment package pieces can be removed or added to help meet customer needs and budget.

Do I have to come to your facility to see the machine?

Many customers prefer the peace of mind to see their drill either during the refurbishment process or when the drill is complete before shipping. We realize this doesn’t always fit time and budget so we can create high quality videos of your drill performing all functions in our test area.

Is all your inventory listed online in one location?

We own every piece of equipment listed on our website. Each piece is brought to our location in Florida.

Does this machine come with a warranty?

We do not offer any warranty as part of your machine purchase. Some pieces of equipment are purchased with an active transferrable warranty, these will be noted on our website. We can offer third party aftermarket warranties as a separate purchase item.

How do I know about condition of the drill pipe?

Each of our HDD Specialists have years of experience and will discuss the condition of the pipe during the sales process. We can swap out used pipe on any machine for new pipe at a discounted rate. Ask an HDD specialist for details about pipe on specific rig.

Financing

Do you have financing options?

We work with lenders that can offer a variety of financing options based on your qualifications. Financing structures may include: straight financing, RPO conversions, off balance sheet leasing, structured payment plans or operating leases.

Shipping

How are logistics handled?

Our skilled and experienced logistics team is happy to handle all of your domestic or international shipping needs. Freight costs are in addition to the purchase of the drill, unless otherwise specified. We work with a number of different freight couriers to provide competitive shipping rates. While we are happy to take care of all your shipping needs, you as the customer have the option of either picking the equipment up or handling the logistics on their own, either way we will gladly work with your arrangements. Do you ship all over the world?

We can ship to any country however, there are areas that may be limited to select pieces of inventory because of extenuating circumstances (I.E. engine regulations, CE compliance & other regulatory restraints)
